据报道，Airbnb近期因AI客服误判房东提交的AI伪造图片而引发争议。一名用户在纽约曼哈顿预订公寓后提前退房，房东随后提交AI生成的受损物品照片，要求用户赔偿。Airbnb的AI客服未能识别出照片为AI伪造，判定用户需赔偿7053美元。

用户发现房东提交的同一张咖啡桌不同角度照片中裂缝不一致，最终Airbnb重新判定，退还用户全部费用并删除负面评价。该事件暴露了AI客服在识别AI生成内容方面的局限性，尽管Airbnb早在2023年收购AI公司并计划将AI应用于客户服务，但此次事件表明AI技术在实际应用中仍面临风险。
