Urgent.ly said its Michael Port, its chief financial officer, left the digital roadside assistance platform company on Tuesday.
Port left the "without case" as defined under the terms of his promotion letter, the company said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Friday.
The company said it named Chief Executive Matthew Booth as principal financial officer in addition to his current role. Andrea Makkai, corporate controller of the company, will serve as principal accounting officer.
