据《华尔街日报》，特朗普政府正准备推动房贷巨头 Fannie Mae 和 Freddie Mac 于今年晚些时候进行 IPO，预计将募集约 300 亿美元，整体估值或达 5000 亿美元以上。当前计划拟出售两家公司 5% 至 15% 的股份，仍在讨论是否合并上市或分开进行。
