智通财经APP获悉，总部位于香港的运动营养产品分销商Fitness Fanatics(FIT.US)于周一向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交申请，计划通过首次公开募股(IPO)募资至多900万美元。该公司拟发行200万股股票(其中30%为二次发售股份)，发行价区间定为4至5美元。按发行价区间中值计算，市值将达1.43亿美元。
Fitness Fanatics主要在香港、中国内地及马来西亚分销和销售运动营养产品，销售渠道广泛多元，涵盖健身房、超市、便利店、会员制仓储店、专业专卖店、电商平台及在线市场等。截至2024年12月31日，公司已拥有超过1000个销售点。
这家香港企业成立于2016年，在截至2024年12月31日的12个月内实现营收1900万美元。公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“FIT”。Fitness Fanatics于2025年5月2日秘密递表，本次IPO由Bancroft Capital独家担任账簿管理人。
