智通财经APP获悉，飞扬集团(01901)涨超20%，截至发稿，涨18.57%，报0.415港元，成交额949.52万港元。
消息面上，飞扬集团公布，于2025年7月29日交易时段后，该公司分别与各认购人订立认购协议，拟向认购人发行合共1.664亿股新股份，认购价为每股认购股份约0.201港元，较股份于认购协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股0.250港元折让约19.6%。认购事项净筹约3300万港元，拟用作围绕RWA(真实世界资产)、数字资产交易、区块链、人工智能等新兴科技产业项目的开发及运营，以及一般运营资金。
值得一提的是，近日，飞扬集团受邀出席香港数码港举行“RWA全球产业联盟启动大会”并向文旅资产数字化方向探索。论坛上飞扬集团首次系统分享了文旅行业数字化探索的核心框架——“三权合一”模式。飞扬集团战略投资人李杰明表示，通过数字化手段让参与特定旅游产品的用户同步获得三重权益，既能为用户创造真实价值，也为文旅行业数字化转型提供了可行路径，展现了文旅产业新业态。
