Odaily星球日报讯 Krungthai Bank（KTB）与合作伙伴 Advanced Info Service（ADVANC）及 PTT Oil and Retail Business（OR）计划于 2026 年推出虚拟银行。此前，该联盟在获得泰国财政部批准后，于 7 月 9 日成立泰国三一控股有限公司，KTB 持股 41%、ADVANC 持股 39%、OR 持股 20%。8 月 8 日又注册成立 Clicx Bank Public Company Limited，控股公司持股 95%，未来将增至 99.99%。（Fintech Singapore）
