消息面上，近日，春立医疗发布公告，该公司与南昌德福投资咨询合伙企业(有限合伙)及其他合伙人共同投资南昌德福四期股权投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)。合伙企业的投向主要为医疗健康产业相关领域的处于成长期、成熟期的企业/项目，与公司主营业务具有相关性。公司作为有限合伙人以自有资金5,000万元人民币参与认购合伙企业的份额，占基金份额的9.2105%。
公告称，本次投资的实施围绕公司战略发展方向，有利于公司的产业布局。通过合作方的投资经验及资源优势，推动公司产业经营和资本运营深度融合，形成协同发展的良性循环，进而提升公司核心竞争力及整体盈利能力，实现公司持续、安全、健康、稳定高质量发展。
