　　Spirit 在文件中称，其债务与信用卡清算协议中的最低流动性约束要求业绩改善速度快于当前预期，公司将采取进一步举措补充流动性；鉴于能否按期达成相关流动性要求仍存不确定性，公司认定自 8 月 11 日披露之日起 12 个月内存在持续经营的重大不确定性。
