中证报中证网讯（记者 孟培嘉）港交所网站8月10日信息显示，双登集团股份有限公司已通过上市聆讯。

根据招股书信息，双登股份是大数据及通信领域能源存储业务的领先企业，专注于设计、研发、制造和销售储能电池及系统。凭借对通信基站、数据中心、电力储能等领域储能客户十余年的服务经验，双登股份充分受益于大数据时代带来的行业增长机遇。

截至2024年末，双登股份共服务了五家全球十大通信运营商及设备商、近30%全球百大通信运营商及设备商。根据弗若斯特沙利文的数据，2023年公司在全球通信及数据中心储能电池供应商中出货量排名第一，市占率达10.4%。

业绩方面，2022年-2024年，双登股份分别实现营业收入40.72亿元、42.6亿元、44.99亿元，对应归母净利润分别为2.81亿元、3.85亿元、3.53亿元。

此次上市，双登股份拟将募集资金净额用于在东南亚兴建锂离子电池生产设置，未来用于生产供数据中心用电池，借此培育公司业务的第二增长支柱；在泰州建立研发中心，重点研究及开发提高储能电池寿命、固态电池、钠离子电池、BMS技术等；同时加强海外销售，以增强全球影响力、更好服务海外客户并促进国际销售。
