A unit of Enterprise Development (HKG:1808) sold a total of 30,000 shares in Palantir Technologies on the market for $4.3 million, a late Aug. 8 Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of the integrated business software company were up 2% in Monday afternoon trading.
Enterprise Development (Hong Kong) disposed of the shares between Jan. 22 and Aug. 6 at an average price of $143.34 apiece.
The firm will use proceeds from the disposal for general working capital, as well as the repayment of a margin loan.
As of Aug. 8, the firm owns 1,000 shares in Palantir Technologies, which builds and deploys software platforms for the intelligence community to assist in counterterrorism investigations and operations in the US, UK, and internationally.
