Compucase Incurs NT$331 Million Loss on One-Time Arbitration Provision; Shares Rally 6%

Compucase Enterprise (TPE:3032) incurred a net loss of NT$331 million in the first half of 2025 after setting aside a one-time NT$611 million provision linked to an arbitration ruling against its unit, Optima Healthcare, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Shares jumped about 6% recently on Monday.
The International Centre for Dispute Resolution ordered Optima Healthcare to pay nearly $27 million to ASCION, which operates under the brand Reverie, in a contract dispute. The provision led to a per-share loss of NT$2.94.
Excluding the charge, adjusted net income stood at NT$258 million, or NT$2.30 per share, it said.
