半导体设备供应商ASMPT(0522.HK)将对其在中国的制造运营进行战略性优化调整，决定关闭位于深圳宝安区的先进半导体设备(深圳)有限公司(AEC)，此将影响约950名员工。对AEC进行清盘以优化集团的全球供应链，使其更能配合不断发展的市场动态及客户需求。董事会认为，自愿清盘符合公司及其股东的整体利益。 AEC隶属集团半导体解决方案分部，主要从事集团内部制造业务，并于中国深圳市宝安区设有厂房。关闭AEC将影响约950名员工，预期可提升集团全球制造及供应链营运的成本竞争力、灵活性及韧性。集团的其他主要全球制造业务则不受此关厂影响。集团的供应链已全面调整，以确保向所有客户不间断地交付产品及服务，产品及服务的质量或供应情况不会受到影响。 ASMPT就对AEC自愿清盘产生的估计一次性重组成本预期约为3.6亿元人民币，乃来自遣散费、停产相关成本及存货撇销。自愿清盘将产生的估计年度节省成本(按现有产量计算)预期每年约1.15亿元，从而提高集团营运的成本效益。 董事会预期自愿清盘不会对集团的营运造成任何重大不利影响。
