消息面上，8月8日，博安生物发布公告，公司自主开发的博优平®(度拉糖肽注射液)已获得国家药品监督管理局的上市批准，用于成人2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制。该产品是全球首个且当前唯一获批上市的度易达®(英文商品名：Trulicity®)的生物类似药，国内尚无其他国产度拉糖肽注射液进入上市许可申请(BLA)阶段。博优平®在中国内地的商业化由公司与上药控股有限公司(上药控股)合作开展。
作为一种多肽-Fc融合蛋白，度拉糖肽的工艺复杂程度高，其生物类似药的药学(CMC)开发难度大。公司在CMC领域具有丰富的技术专长和经验积累，其先进的工艺开发平台在控制融合蛋白分子GLP-1端的截短、羟基化与氧化、甲酰化、丙酮酸酰化等方面发挥了很强的技术优势；同时，其高效的分析平台独创开发了上述关键质量属性的控制方法，通过全面的质控策略赋能工艺开发及可比性分析，成功攻克了CMC技术难题，推动博优平®率先获批上市。在中国市场之外，博优平®也已在美国获准开展临床试验。
