智通财经APP讯，太兴集团(06811)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年6月30日止六个月取得股东应占溢利约4000万港元至4500万港元，而截至2024年6月30日止六个月的股东应占溢利约为1071.9万港元。
公告称，回顾期间集团预期取得股东应占溢利的上升主要由于：
1.于回顾期间，集团持续优化餐厅网络，透过开设新店铺及进行门店翻新，致力提升顾客用餐体验。于回顾期间，集团新增一个新品牌，门店净增长6间，而完成翻新的门店共7间，此外，集团持续发展及打造多元品牌，借以推动集团的收入增加。
2.集团继续坚守审慎的理财政策和严谨的成本控制措施，包括在新店选址时采取谨慎方式、与业主及供应商协商最优惠条款，并积极精简营运流程及优化企业架构，从而提升生产及营运效率。于回顾期间，人力成本及租赁开支对收益比例较去年同期有所下降，均令集团的溢利得以增长。
