0804 GMT - APAC Realty's earnings stand to benefit from higher sales transaction volume, DBS Group Research analysts say in a report. The real estate agency's year-to-date sales transactions are already tracking above 7,500 units and another 5,000 units are in the pipeline, prompting DBS to lift its 2025 new sales transaction volume projection for APAC Realty to 9,000 units from 8,500 units. DBS says the Singaporean company should post 2024-2026 net profit compound annual growth rate of around 85%, driven by a recovery in new sales transaction volumes from a huge launch pipeline. DBS raises the stock's target price to S$0.80 from S$0.50, with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are 12% higher at S$0.71. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
