2025年8月12日，中国信息科技发展（股份代号：08178）公告称，此前计划根据一般授权让AMKM INVESTMENTS L.L.C认购公司12,353,000股（约1235.3万股）新股份，但由于认购人于公告日期尚未遵守其于认购协议项下的义务，公司将不会进行认购事项，且完成日期不会进一步延长。

中国信息科技发展主要从事提供资讯科技服务、电子商贸服务及系统集成服务。公司表示，目前正向其法律顾问寻求法律意见，以决定针对认购人所采取的下一步行动及可能行动，从而保障公司及股东的利益。董事会将密切监察上述事宜的发展，并将适时进一步刊发公告。
