智通财经APP讯，水发兴业新材料(08073)发布公告，预期集团于截至2025年6月30日止六个月取得的净溢利较截至2024年6月30日止六个月的净溢利约人民币597万元增加30%至50%。
董事会认为上述预期净溢利增加乃主要由于以下原因：集团持续采取的降本增效措施，包括提升能耗效率、优化设备及降低采购成本;及减值亏损拨备减少，此乃由于一间表现不佳的非全资附属公司终止综合入账。
