智通财经APP讯，朗廷-SS(01270)发布截至2025年6月30日止6个月综合业绩，该集团取得酒店组合收入约7.38亿港元，同比减少4.58%;净物业收入约1.74亿港元，同比减少3.87%;股份合订单位持有人应占亏损约1.42亿港元，去年同期溢利约4300万港元;可分派收入约2800万港元，同比减少约17.65%。
公告称，股份合订单位持有人应占亏损是由于酒店投资组合的估值稍微下降至157.64亿港元，较2024年12月31日的158.95亿港元有所减少。投资物业及衍生金融工具的公平值亏损合计为1.71亿港元，期内融资成本因平均香港银行同业拆息下降而减少15.4%(相等于2510万港元)并抵销了部分亏损。
