格隆汇8月12日丨胜利管道(01080.HK)公布，集团预计截至2025年6月30日止六个月录得公司拥有人应占期间亏损及期间综合亏损总额分别不超过约人民币25.0百万元及人民币42.0百万元，而上年同期则录得公司拥有人应占期间亏损及期间综合亏损总额分别约人民币23.7百万元及人民币49.3百万元。
董事会认为，本期间公司拥有人应占期间亏损预期略微增加乃主要由于以下原因所致：1.集团及其联营公司于本期间焊管业务产销量均较上年同期有所增加，同时毛利率较高的国家管线项目及防腐处理业务均较上年同期大幅增加，使得集团于本期间毛利及分占一间联营公司业绩均有所增加；及2.集团于本期间在营运及财务表现方面的上述改善乃由损益中确认的一次性诉讼拨备所抵销，致使本期间的公司拥有人应占期间亏损略微增加。
另一方面，公司拥有人应占期间综合亏损总额预期较上年同期有所减少，乃由于本期间指定按公平值计入其他综合收益列账的非上市股权投资于其他综合收益中确认的公平值变动产生的亏损较上年同期有所减少。
