智通财经APP获悉，摩根士丹利发布研报称，银河娱乐(00027)每股中期股息0.7港元，同比增40%，优于该行预期的0.6港元。股息收益率3.5%，不如派息比率59%吸引，而之前为50%。次季经调整后企业EBITDA为31.62亿港元，同比减1%，按季增7%，为2019年次季的79%，低于该行及市场预期。
大摩指出，银娱业绩报告企业EBITDA为35.69亿港元，按季增8%，同比增12%，为2019年次季的82%，受惠于贵宾厅赢率4.4%的提升。撇除城市俱乐部外，中场博彩收入按季增7%，为2019年次季的130%，市场份额季增20个基点至19%。由于业务组合偏向贵宾厅及营运费用增加，EBITDA利润率疲弱，中场再投资率季增150个基点至19.8%。
