King's Flair International (HKG:6822) expects a loss of HK$40 million in the first half of 2025, compared with a profit of HK$3.4 million a year prior, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The household products retailer attributed the forecast to higher administrative expenses, a substantial decline in other income, and a lower revenue.
