智通财经APP讯，环球大通集团(08063)发布公告，该公司接获贷款人的法律顾问于2025年8月11日发出的催款函(JSM催款函)，要求即时悉数偿还贷款人授予本公司的贷款融资项下的未偿还款项，原因为本公司未能按照贷款协议协定的还款时间表偿还应计利息。JSM催款函进一步指称本公司股份已自2025年2月19日起暂停买卖;及张先生已自2024年11月13日起不再担任本公司的执行董事，触发贷款协议项下的违约事件。
JSM催款函要求本公司偿还贷款协议项下的全数1.02亿港元(包括本金、应计利息、逾期利息及其他费用)。JSM催款函进一步声明，倘本公司未能即时履行要求，贷款人可不经另行通知采取法律行动，包括但不限于提出诉讼以收回债务及执行抵押权。
