智通财经APP讯，筑友智造科技(00726)发布公告，与截至2024年6月30日止6个月本公司拥有人应占净亏损1.705亿港元相比，本集团预期取得截至2025年6月30日止6个月的本公司拥有人应占净亏损约2.69亿港元。
公告称，预期净亏损主要归因于来自销售预制装配式建筑组件与装饰及园林景观服务的收入减少约78%，及不同业务活动产生的毛利率减少，以及严峻的市场环境导致各项业务的毛利率下降，持续对上半年业绩带来压力，工厂产能利用率下降，营收下降及单位固定成本上升，及因装饰及园林业务调整，暂停承接新订单;及截至2025年6月30日止6个月坏账准备增加。
