CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (SGX:A17U) completed the acquisition of the data center, 9 Tai Seng Drive, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The REIT utilized SG$275.5 million from gross proceeds of around SG$500 million to partially fund the acquisition of the data center.
