Perion Network Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: PERI) released its financial results for the second quarter of 2025, reporting a revenue of $103 million. The company's Advertising Solutions revenue saw an 8% year-over-year increase, reaching $80.6 million, marking the first year-over-year gain since the third quarter of 2023. Perion also highlighted a strong operating cash flow and adjusted free cash flow, with the latter amounting to $20.7 million. The company's net cash position as of June 30, 2025, was $318.5 million, compared to $373.3 million as of December 31, 2024. In terms of channel performance, Digital Out-Of-Home (DOOH) revenue increased by 35% year-over-year to $17.6 million, while Web revenue rose by 5% to $53.1 million. Conversely, Connected TV $(CTV)$ revenue decreased by 5% to $9.7 million, and Search revenue experienced a 35% decline to $22.4 million. The Retail Media vertical also showed a significant increase, with revenue growing by 27% year-over-year to $22.3 million. The company launched its Performance CTV Solution, targeting the high-growth streaming ad market estimated at over $36 billion. Additionally, Perion's Greenbids synergies are on track, resulting in over one million dollars of booked business within three months post-acquisition. Perion reiterated its financial outlook for the full year 2025, expecting revenue in the range of $430 to $450 million and adjusted EBITDA between $44 to $46 million.
