智通财经APP获悉，灿谷集团(CANG.US)今日宣布，以1950万美元收购美国乔治亚州一座50兆瓦的比特币矿场，正式进军比特币挖矿及能源基础设施领域，开启多元化发展新篇章。此次收购标志着灿谷扩大自营矿场的关键第一步，旨在提升运营效率和财务韧性，同时为未来的能源战略奠定坚实基础。
该矿场此前通过第三方托管协议承载灿谷的矿机。收购完成后，灿谷将划分30兆瓦用于自主挖矿业务，剩余20兆瓦则用于为第三方客户提供托管服务。随着矿场基础设施的不断完善，灿谷正积极布局将能源供应逐步拓展至高性能计算（HPC）应用，扩大矿场在比特币挖矿之外的长期发展潜力，充分发挥公司内部运营与技术优势。
