智通财经APP讯，BRILLIANCE CHI(01114)发布公告，本集团预期截至2025年6月30日止6个月的未经审核除所得税开支前溢利将较2024年同期减少约34%至36%。预期报告期间的未经审核除所得税开支前溢利减少，主要是由于本集团的主要联营公司华晨宝马汽车有限公司于有关期间的业绩下滑所致。然而，本集团预期截至2025年6月30日止6个月的未经审核除所得税开支后溢利将较2024年同期增加约10%至13%，主要是由于在有关期间减少派发股息，令预扣税较2024年同期减少约83%所致，而本集团预期截至2025年6月30日止6个月的未经审核本公司股权持有人应占溢利将较2024年同期增加约13%至 16%(截至2024年6月30日止6个月的未经审核本公司股权持有人应占溢利：约人民币14.73亿元 )。
