智通财经APP讯，伟志控股(01305)公布，于2025年8月11日，该公司间接全资附属公司伟志光电(深圳)有限公司(深圳伟志)与中金战新创业投资(鹤山)合伙企业(有限合伙)(中金战新创业投资)订立不具法律约束力的投资意向书，内容有关中金战新创业投资有意投资深圳伟志。
据悉，中金战新创业投资或其关联方管理的基金(统称“投资方”)拟投资金额约人民币3千万元至5千万元，用于加强深圳伟志的业务发展。中金战新创业投资为一间有限合伙企业，主要从事发掘高潜力投资机会。
董事会合理确信，投资方拟进行的该项投资将为集团提供必要的财务资源，以增强现有产能、采用新的生产技术及推出新的生产线，并加强及推进相关采购及销售工作，从而提升集团的业务发展及增长潜力。董事会认为，订立投资意向书符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
