Amer Sports' (AS) key brands Arc'teryx and Salomon are expected to maintain "robust" sales momentum in Q2, UBS said in a Monday note, adding that it expects a "beat & raise" Q2 report from the company.

UBS said its analysis showed broad-based growth in Arc'teryx and Salomon's Google searches across US and international markets through mid-July on a rolling three months, two-year basis.

The bank said its quant analysts further indicated that sentiment on Amer Sports is "bullish" with the market expecting a Q2 earnings per share beat and a 2025 EPS outlook raise. For Q3, UBS said markets are estimating a low to mid-teens sales growth outlook and EPS guidance in the 20-to-30 cents range.

UBS maintained its 2026 and 2027 EPS outlook on the company, and said it expected "strong" sales and earnings momentum to drive the stock over the next twelve months.

Amer Sports is scheduled to report its Q2 earnings on Aug. 19.

UBS rates the company a buy with a $50 price target.
