智通财经APP讯，世纪娱乐国际(00959)发布公告，于2025年8月1日及2025年8月7日，公司分别接获联交所发出的两封函件，当中载列以下有关公司股份恢复买卖的指引：(i)处理导致不发表意见的问题，解释不再需要就有关问题不发表意见，并按上市规则第13.50A条的规定披露足够资料，让投资者对其财务状况作出知情评估;(ii)证明已遵守上市规则第13.24条的规定;(iii)重新遵守上市规则第3.05条;(iv)重新遵守上市规则第3.10(1)、3.21及13.92条;及(v)告知市场所有重要资料，以便公司股东及其他投资者评估公司的状况。
