智通财经APP讯，金科服务(09666)公布，预期该集团取得截至2025年6月30日止六个月公司拥有人应占净盈利约人民币0百万元至人民币1亿元，而截至2024年6月30日止六个月公司拥有人应占净亏损约为人民币1.944亿元。预期由净亏损转为净盈利乃主要归因于期内根据关联开发商金科地产集团股份有限公司的重整情况对未偿还应收款项计提减值损失拨备大幅减少至约人民币1000万元至人民币3000万元，而去年同期计提拨备人民币1.198亿元;及加强集团风险管控后，贸易应收款项及其他应收款项的信用减值由截至 2024年6月30日止六个月计提约人民币2.13亿元减少至约人民币1.5亿元至1.7亿元。
