　　康宁杰瑞制药-B（09966）公布，公司全资附属公司江苏康宁杰瑞生物制药有限公司与苏州康宁杰瑞生物科技有限公司于2025年8月8日订立一份技术开发合同，据此，江苏康宁杰瑞已同意委聘苏州康宁杰瑞提供技术开发服务，而苏州康宁杰瑞将（其中包括）为江苏康宁杰瑞的双特异性抗体偶联药物（ADC）候选药物进行生产工艺及分析方法开发、进行毒理研究用样品研制及新药临床试验（IND）申报临床样品研制，对相关样品进行质量及稳定性研究，并协助进行IND注册申报。

　　苏州康宁杰瑞在与技术开发合同相关的工艺优化服务方面拥有丰富经验和竞争力，且自2018年以来一直为公司可靠的服务供应商。因此，其对公司的需求及要求十分熟悉。考虑到苏州康宁杰瑞提供相关技术开发服务的品质、将来技术转移的便捷性和保密性，以及就该交易的报价与其他独立第三方供应商相比更具竞争力，公司相信技术开发合同将有助于优化现有的生产及研发工艺，降低相关成本，且会对公司于可见未来产品的研发、制造及IND应用带来积极影响。
