百利保(00617.HK) 及富豪酒店(00078.HK) 发展的沙田九肚山项目“富豪-山峰”，昨日(11日)透过招标形式售出3个分层户单位，分别为第1座3楼B单位、第5座6楼A单位及第5座7楼A单位，实用面积介乎1,623至2,023平方呎不等，B单位属四房四套间隔，而其余两个A单位为四房两套户型，成交价分别为3,495.2 万、3,384.3万及3,053万元，实用面积呎价约由17,277至20,852元不等，3个单位的成交价合共9,932.5万元，成交期均为180日。
富豪物业代理董事卫振声透露，项目自开售以来累计已售出94个单位，套现超过51亿元。(gc/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
