5月19日，中联发展控股公布，于2025年4月22日，公司间接非全资附属公司法氢新能源(深圳)有限公司与中集集电(广东)科技发展有限公司就(其中包括)可能就制氢相关业务成立合营企业订立不具法律约束力的策略合作框架协议。
