消息面上，周六福近日发布公告，于7月28日因超额配股权获悉数行使而发行807.43万股H股股份，超额配发股份将由公司按每股H股24.00港元发行及配发。此外，周六福拟8月22日(下周五)举行董事会会议以审批中期业绩。
根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，以中国门店数目计，周六福连续八年维持于中国珠宝市场前五大品牌之列。截至2024年12月31日周六福门店总数4129家，其中加盟店占比约98%，三线及低线城市门店占比55.1%，深度覆盖下沉市场。加盟业务采用“产品销售+服务收费”双轨模式，2024 年服务费占加盟店总营收29.4%，服务费毛利率高达97.1%，驱动公司整体毛利率达25.9%，显著领先同行。
