消息面上，7月27日，在世界人工智能大会WAIC 2025上，力劲集团携手深圳赛博格机器人有限公司、中国机械总院集团沈阳铸造研究院有限公司、福建省镁铸轻量化研发中心有限公司、苏州赛翡斯新材料科技有限公司共同签署战略合作协议，正式启动镁合金人形机器人联合研发项目，开启人形机器人轻量化制造的新纪元。
东吴证券指出，半固态镁合金压铸工艺提高镁合金加工工艺安全性，复合涂层工艺提高镁合金抗腐蚀与抗氧化能力，镁合金使用性能不断提高。近年来压铸机龙头企业纷纷布局半固态镁合金压铸设备。据悉，力劲科技推出的TPI镁合金半固态压铸技术，解决了传统工艺气孔缺陷，强度提升30%，为机器人复杂结构件量产铺路。
