智通财经APP讯，康健国际医疗(03886)发布公告，预期本集团于截至2025年6月30日止6个月将取得约 2520万港元至3960万港元的未经审核综合溢利，当中包括约910万港元至1430万港元的未经审核股东应占综合溢利，而于截至2024年6月30日止6个月，则取得未经审核综合亏损约2850万港元，当中包括未经审核股东应占综合亏损约4770万港元。
由未经审核综合亏损扭亏为盈至未经审核综合溢利乃主要由于以下各项的综合影响：截至2025年6月30日止6个月取得的本集团投资物业的公平值亏损较截至2024年6月30日止6个月减少;截至2025年6月30日止6个月就本集团于联营公司的权益并无取得减值亏损，而截至2024年6月30日止6个月就本集团于联营公司的权益则取得减值亏损;截至2025年6月30日止6个月取得本集团应占联营公司溢利，而截至2024年6月30日止6个月则取得应占联营公司亏损;及截至2025年6月30日止6个月取得的本集团毛利较截至2024年6月30日止6个月减少。
