雷颖然女士为投放更多时间于个人事务而辞任公司联席公司秘书一职，自2025年8月10日起生效。
此外，张智峰先生自2025年8月10日起不再担任公司首席执行官一职，然而彼会继续担任董事会主席及执行董事，而执行董事张裕德先生则于同日(即2025年8月10日)获委任为首席执行官。
