China Mining International Unit Faces Legal Dispute Over Loan; Shares Down Nearly 6%

China Mining International's (SGX:BHD) subsidiary, Henan Zhongnong Huasheng Agricultural Science And Technology received a court summons in connection with a loan dispute, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the company were down nearly 6% in Tuesday trading.

The dispute involves a loan of 3.9 million yuan between Zhongyuan Bank Zhengzhou Branch and the 63.11% owned subsidiary.

The company is closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates in due course.
