　　于2024年2月2日（联交所交易时段后），卖方与有财利（作为买方）订立吉星3协议，据此，卖方同意以代价310万港元出售吉星3。

　　于2024年6月28日（联交所交易时段后），卖方与有财利（作为买方）订立吉星6协议，据此，卖方同意以代价350万港元出售吉星6。

　　于2024年12月15日（联交所交易时段后），卖方与志星建筑（作为买方）订立地盘设备协议，据此，卖方同意以代价650万港元出售地盘设备。
