BlockBeats 消息，8 月 10 日，萨尔瓦多数字资产委员会（CNAD）主席 Juan Carlos Reyes 确认，萨尔瓦多已通过《投资银行法》，允许持牌投资银行持有比特币等数字资产，并向合格投资者提供加密服务。
该法规定，投资银行可申请数字资产服务商（PSAD）牌照，甚至可按纯比特币银行模式运营。政府称此举有助于吸引外资并强化金融创新中心地位，但也有批评认为现行加密政策更多利好机构而非普通民众。
