智通财经APP获悉，国际商业结算(00147)午前涨超14%，截至发稿，涨12%，报0.28港元，成交额651.01万港元。
消息面上，国际商业结算发布公告，于2025年8月8日，公司全资附属公司成泰与陈三明先生就成立合营企业订立合营协议，于注册成立后，合营企业将由成泰及陈三明先生分别拥有70%及30%权益。合营企业将主要从事加密资产相关业务。
公告称，集团认为加密货币作为一种价值储存方式，具有强大的公共开源架构的支持，故从长远来看，其具有抗通胀的潜力，使储存的价值升值及具有长期价值。集团亦注意到，加密货币的价格或会大幅波动，故集团拟投资于市场上更为成熟且获广泛认可、市场流动性佳、市值较大，并具有相对长期持有价值的加密货币。
