Shoucheng (HKG:0697) invested in two data-center focused REITs, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
The company invested in NF GDS Data Center Infrastructure Real Estate Investment Trust, the underlying asset of which is a cloud computing data center in China's Huaqiao, Kunshan.
Shoucheng also invested in NF Range Technology Data Center Infrastructure Real Estate Investment Trust, which counts the A-18 data center within the Range (Langfang) International Information Port as its underlying asset.
Shoucheng did not disclose the terms of the investment in its release.
