智通财经APP讯，美皓集团(01947)公布，该集团预期于2025年上半年将取得净亏损约人民币800万元至约1200万元(2024年上半年净亏损人民币1510万元)。
公告称，预计亏损主要由于以下原因所致：本地口腔市场竞争激烈，行业内的价格战和过度竞争加剧了盈利压力，导致新客户群开发成本增加，缺乏有效的客源渠道，且转化率不稳定;由于经济复苏缓慢，居民意愿更倾向于储蓄，非刚需医疗支出缩减。对于有医疗需求的病人，他们倾向到公立医院或低价民营诊所求诊;及为提高集团的知名度，增加网上平台推广及医院内宣传品的广告开支，并推出不同的销售策略以吸引新客户。
