Dynamix Corporation III Files for IPO

Dynamix Corporation III has filed for an initial public offering.

The blank-check Caymans Islands exempted company, formerly known as Dynamix Corporation II, plans to offer 15 million units at $10 apiece, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

The company plans to list shares on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker DNMXU.

Dynamix Corporation III has granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 2.25 million units to cover over-allotments, if any.

The company said it has not selected any business-combination target or initiated any substantive discussions with any business combination target.
