Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust's DPU Declines 7% in H1

Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust's (SGX:SET) distribution per unit or DPU during the first half of the year, declined 7% to 0.06553 euros from 0.0705 euros a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Income available for distribution to securityholders fell 7.3% to 36.7 million euros from 39.6 million euros.

Net property income rose 2.2% to 66.9 million euros from 65.5 million euros.

Gross revenue was marginally up 1.1% year over year to 107.4 million euros from 106.3 million euros, mainly due to higher income from properties following their redevelopments.

Portfolio occupancy stood at 92.4% as of end-June.
