【今海医疗科技(02225.HK)完成发行合共1.2亿股认购股份】智通财经APP讯，今海医疗科技(02225.HK)发布公告，认购事项的所有先决条件已获达成，并于2025年8月15日完成。合共1.2亿股认购股份已按每股股份1.35港元的认购价成功发行予认购人的代名人。认购股份占紧接完成前本公司现有已发行股本的2.32%;及经配发及发行认购股份扩大后的本公司已发行股本的约2.27%。
