智通财经APP讯，COSMOPOL INT'L(00120)发布公告，配售协议的所有条件均已达成，配售事项已于2025年8月15日完成。合共1亿股配售股份已成功由配售代理根据配售协议之条款及条件，以每股配售股份港币0.108元的配售价配售予不少于六名承配人，占紧随配售事项完成后经配发及发行的配售股份扩大后已发行四海股份总数的约7.46%。
配售事项的所得款项净额约为1030万港元。四海拟将配售事项的所得款项净额用作减少四海集团的债务。
