智通财经APP讯，协鑫新能源(00451)发布公告，集团预期将于截至2025年6月30日止6个月期间(该期间)取得毛利约人民币7000万元至人民币8000万元，而截至2024年6月30日止6个月期间则取得毛利人民币7000万元;及于该期间取得净亏损约人民币2.5亿元，而截至2024年6月30日止6个月期间则取得净亏损人民币7400万元。
董事会认为，该期间的业绩变动的主要原因是根据先前出售的光伏电站项目的买卖协议，集团向不同买方就出售项目的补偿一次性计提约人民币2.95亿元所致。该买卖协议的补偿条款一般包括但不限于光伏电站消缺整改费用，税务补偿条款和其他一般在买卖协议列出的补偿条款。关于光伏电站的消缺整改费用，倘发现消缺事宜需要整改，买方可从保证金及应付集团款项余额中扣除相关整改费用。关于税务补偿条款，若已出售的光伏电站买方在出售完成后收到当地税务机关的纳税通知，将产生潜在补偿义务。然而，由于光伏电站的耕地占用税和土地使用税的政策尚未明确，且税收方式各异，集团需时与相关地方税务机关协商，以商定税款结算的范围和基准。还有其他一般补偿规定，视乎单独每一笔光伏电站出售项目个案而定。
