智通财经APP讯，宏力医疗管理(09906)发布公告，预期本集团截至2025年6月30日止6个月将取得本公司拥有人应占净亏损不超过人民币200万元，而截至2024年6月30日止6个月本公司拥有人应占净利润约为人民币2000万元。
董事会认为上述预期由盈转亏的情况主要是由于住院医疗服务的需求减少导致收入减少;及根据2025年5月完成的2024年度公共医疗保险计划清算结果，该等实际结算率低于截至2024年12月31日止年度的综合财务报表所采用的估计结算率，该等差额导致本期住院服务收入减少，以及因此进一步调低2025年上半年该计划涵盖的住院服务收入的估计结算率所致。
